The SPC is currently indicating the possibility of Significant Severe Weather over a portion of NE TX, and NRN LA, NEWD over ARK into SRN IL and ERN MO.
Analysis of the Day 6 Outlook, and forecast analysis of certain upper air features, shear, humidity, dewpoints, and helicity, ingredients appear to be coming together to bring severe weather to the outlined area around TUE/WED. The GFS is the outlier at the moment, in being south as shown. Should other models be correct, there could be an expansion a little further northward of the risk area.
I will be monitoring this closely over the next following days, looking for any changes to the forecast parameters
Have a blessed evening!
